Jumping Silk in Glass

Three plastic tumblers are displayed on a small stand.  A silk is placed in an end tumbler.  With a pass behind your back it has jumped to the other end!  Okay, you just turned it around.  But now... in an instant... it jumps to the middle glass right in front of their eyes!
