Refund policy
All sales are final unless damage has occurred during shipment. If shipping damage occurs, please take as many photos as possible and email Adam@IcklePickleMagic.com. You'll be shipped a replacement if item is in stock, or a store credit if not in stock.
In some instances, we may send you a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us for repair. Please do so in a timely manner.
If return shipment is not necessary, please hold onto broken item and packaging for up to two weeks, as sometimes the carrier's shipping insurance will want to collect the item to inspect it and the packaging before approving the claim. Once the claim is approved, we will let you know, and you may discard the item.
