Shipping policy

For most orders, we will do our best to ship same day if order is received by 1:00 PM Eastern Time M-F (federal holidays excluded) or next business day otherwise.

Standard shipping is through UPS ground unless otherwise requested, or in certain instances where USPS is recommended by Shopify.

If your address is a PO Box, your order must be shipped via USPS.

If you need another carrier, please send an email with your name and order number immediately upon placing it so that we can be aware. 

Since Ickle Pickle is a one man operation, and I am also a full time entertainer, Occasionally I am out of town either performing or vending at a convention. For orders that come in during those times, I will notify the customer and let you know when to expect shipment, and will ship the order promptly upon my return.
