NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
By entering the Ickle Pickle Magic It’s Magic! Ticket Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
1. SPONSOR
The Giveaway is sponsored by Ickle Pickle Magic, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
This Giveaway is independently sponsored by Ickle Pickle Magic, Inc. and is not sponsored, administered, or operated by the Louisville Magic Club, the Clifton Center, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other third party.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate household members of Ickle Pickle Magic, Inc. are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entrants should only enter if they are reasonably able and willing to attend the event in Louisville, Kentucky on September 4, 2026.
3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on August 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on August 29, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period are not eligible.
Sponsor’s records shall be the official timekeeping method for the Giveaway.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, visit the official Giveaway entry form during the Giveaway Period and complete and submit all required information.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase from Ickle Pickle Magic does not provide additional entries or otherwise increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
Entries generated by automated means, scripts, bots, multiple identities, multiple email addresses used by the same person, or other methods intended to circumvent the one-entry-per-person limitation may be disqualified.
Incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.
5. PRIZE
Two (2) winners will receive:
Four (4) VIP admission tickets to It’s Magic!, presented by the Louisville Magic Club, scheduled for Friday, September 4, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Clifton Center in Louisville, Kentucky.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100
The prize consists solely of the admission tickets described above.
Transportation, lodging, parking, meals, beverages, incidental expenses, and all other costs associated with attending the event are NOT included and are the sole responsibility of the winner and the winner’s guest(s).
The prize has no cash value from Sponsor and may not be exchanged for cash through Sponsor. No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion or as otherwise required by law.
6. WINNER SELECTION
On or about August 30, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Sponsor may also randomly select alternate potential winners at the time of the drawing in the order in which they may be contacted if necessary.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided on the entry form.
The potential winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of Sponsor’s initial notification.
If the potential winner:
- cannot be contacted;
- does not respond within 48 hours;
- declines the prize;
- is determined to be ineligible;
- is unable or unwilling to attend the event; or
- otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,
the potential winner will forfeit the prize and Sponsor may award it to an alternate potential winner.
Sponsor is not responsible for winner notifications that are lost, blocked, filtered as spam, misdirected, or otherwise not received because of incorrect contact information supplied by an entrant or circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
8. EVENT CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
The event date, time, venue, performers, program, and other aspects of the event are controlled by the event organizers and are subject to change.
Ickle Pickle Magic, Inc. does not control the production, scheduling, postponement, cancellation, or operation of the event.
If the event is postponed, rescheduled, modified, or canceled, Sponsor’s responsibility shall be limited to any rights or remedies associated with the awarded tickets themselves, if any. Sponsor is not responsible for reimbursing travel, lodging, transportation, parking, meals, lost wages, or other expenses incurred by the winner or guests.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines has attempted to tamper with the entry process, circumvent the entry limitations, submit fraudulent information, interfere with the administration of the Giveaway, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect the fairness, integrity, or administration of the Giveaway.
If the Giveaway is terminated early, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the termination, where appropriate.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, interrupted internet service, lost or delayed electronic communications, unavailable websites or forms, incorrect entry information, or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that attendance at and travel to or from the event are undertaken at the winner’s and guests’ own expense and risk, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. PRIVACY
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and fulfill the prize.
Entering the Giveaway does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive ongoing promotional email or text messages from Sponsor.
Any optional marketing communications will be subject to separate consent where applicable.
12. PUBLICITY
Sponsor may announce the winner’s first name and general city or region following confirmation of eligibility and acceptance of the prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any additional use of the winner’s photograph, testimonial, likeness, or other promotional material will be subject to separate permission where appropriate.
13. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies an entrant may have that cannot legally be waived.
14. WINNER INFORMATION
Following confirmation of the winner, Sponsor may announce the winner through Ickle Pickle Magic’s website and/or social media channels.
15. ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICIAL RULES
By submitting an entry, entrant acknowledges that entrant has read, understands, and agrees to these Official Rules.
