The performer displays four small color coded envelopes. He states that there is money in each of the envelopes and at the end of the routine the three people helping him may keep the money in the envelope that they chose. After the three people are selected, they give him a number from one to four. The performer keeps the number that wasn't selected for himself. 

He then brings forth four color coded tags that are the numbers one through four. Each person takes his numbered tag and matches it up with the colored envelope. When the three people open their envelopes, they find play money bills inside. When the performer opens his, out comes a real twenty dollar bill.
