The Magician places a miniature card in a baggage tag holder and locks the holder with a key chain. The card in the holder is the prediction card. It is shown to everyone but one person. The spectator that did not see the prediction now selects a card from a dew other miniature cards. The magician reveals that all the cards match the card in the holder. However the spectator that had chosen a card reveals that his card is a totally different card. Finally, the key case is turned face up revealing that it now contains a card that matches the selected card exactly!
