A picture of a lady (which can be examined) is place in an "envelope" decorated to look like a wooden cabinet. The front of the cabinet is completely transparent ("Glass Front Cabinet") and the complete lady is visible at all times.

The magician "Hypnotizes" the lady and cuts her head off. The head is separated from the body, and displayed. Then it is replaced and the performer "De-Hypnotizes" her, and she is removed from the cabinet completely restored and huharmed. Easy to ddo, this can be presented as your pocket version of a famous stage illusion.
