From the Forward: I have gone into the minutest detail in describing the thimble trick, which I believe one of the neatest of all sleight of hand tricks, and one that can be accomplished without a great expenditure of time, as is necessary for the? manipulation of such objects as coins, cards or billiard balls.
Color changes are so familiar to the average performer that I dwelt but lightly on this subject, the patter, however, will fit nearly any desired move, at least with a very slight revision. "Relocation" is my pet card trick, and I have endeavored to the best of my ability to describe every and each move throughout the entire progress there-of.
